There may be multiple claims for the same ability, but please keep in mind that ten supers with telepathy and only one other with a different ability is not exactly fair. So try to think up something different too many of one ability will not be allowed.
If there are too many characters with a particular power I may put a lock on it.
The locked list will be posted here and probably put into an announcement.
