The Basics
01;; This is a long term RP forum. If you are unable to get on at least once every 3 or 4 days, this might not be the right site for you.
02;; No one likes one liners. Please type at least a paragraph of no less than 5 sentences.
03;; No God-modding. This means no controlling any actions of other characters, only your own. And you can not hear other peoples thoughts unless your power allows you to so if someone is lying or thinking your character most likely wouldn't know about it. You aren't invincible, take a hit here and there.
04;; Please be literate, none of this chat and 1337 speak. It's messy and sometimes very difficult to read. And in the way of spelling mistakes, they happen, just try and edit your posts when you see them.
05;; Please create a separate account for OOC use. It keeps confusion to a minimum when a user has multiple characters.
06;; Please be respectful of all staff and members. Do not harass someone to post. Give them time to see and think about what they want to put.
07;; Try to refrain from crazy fonts and real bright colors in posts. Colors easy on the eyes are alright to an extent, just dont over do it. It's bothersome to read. Keep to font size 1 and 2 if possible unless a title is needed.
08;; Please try to keep this a pg 13 forum. If a thread has a need for a mature rating please label so with a [R] in the thread title.
Characters
01;; You may have as many characters as you like, but try to keep the forum balanced in terms of male and female characters.
02;; Humans and Super humans can be played, but remember most humans are not trusting of the supers and it should be difficult to establish friendships and the like. If a super hides its powers, relationships would be easier to form.
03;; Please remember to only post with characters in the RP section and OOC in the OOC section. Makes things a bit less confusing for other users.
04;; One character per account. If you accidentally post as the wrong account then edit saying (sorry wrong account) or something and make sure that whatever character that is supposed to be talking name is used. Or delete the post and paste the content into a new post in the correct account.
05;; All posts must be in third person and past tense (ex: he picked up a book from the table). Only exception is when a character is talking or having a direct thought.
Graphics
01;; Avatars must be no bigger than 125px by 150px. However they can be smaller.
02;; Signature images must not exceed 500px by 200px. Any text in a signature must be kept to a minimum and font size 1 to avoid clutter.
03;; Any pornographic images will be removed and the user will be banned.
04;; If you need help with any graphics feel free to ask a fellow member. There are bound to be members more than capable of helping you with a request.
Rules are subject to change. If this happens an Announcement will be posted to let members know.
